Transfer requests for upcoming school year opens March 1st 2017

Transfer requests for the EPISD 2017-2018 school year officially opens March 1, 2017. This date has been confirmed by the district.
Any transfers submitted before March 1st will be declined/inactivated, and will not be processed.
If you are currently attending Chapin High School on a transfer due to not living in the Chapin attendance zone, you must submit a new transfer request for the next school year, 2017-2018 before the school year ends.
This includes all Magnet students who do not live in the Chapin attendance zone. You must submit your transfer request through the Parent Portal and add the Special Program as MAGNET.
Make sure to use a computer or laptop that has the Chrome browser in order for the transfer to go through properly.
If you do not submit a transfer request properly, you will not be able to attend Chapin the upcoming school year.
Submission of transfer request is no guarantee of acceptance for the upcoming school year.
